at the end of march me and the rest of the family seemingly caught scabies from my cousin. we used the elimite 5% cream and it went away. except i think i never got rid of it. i used the cream 3 times tho. now i'm still itching really bad and the dr gave me more of the cream and an antibiotic. i don't think it's helping any. last week the dr decided to try prednizone and an antihistamine. it didn't help.
but i don't know what's going on cause i don't see how i could still be itching and nobody else in the house has re-caught it from me. considering how easily it spread among us initially (tho my brother somehow never got it).
i had gotten scabies about 10 years ago and i had a hard time getting rid of it then, but this is crazy. even my ears itch.
