Does vitamin c deficiency cause easy brusing?

Hi all,
Just curious I have noticed I seem to bruise easier than I use to
what can this be from? lack of vitamin c? thanks....dan

I'm not 100% sure if it is vit c, most likely it is from not enough iron in your diet, but its been know that vit c helps the skin. Perhaps you should increase your iron intake first and see if that helps
