| seborrhea help
I thought I just had dry skin, you know, winter and aging being the problem. I moisturized like a woman possessed, didnt help. Here's what did.
I made myself a home-made scrub with rose hip seed oil and sugar. I scrubbed gently, circular motion, rinsed and used a wash cloth to get most of the remaining oil off my face.
Clean&Clean acne spot treatment is a gel with 2% salycillic acid. I mixed a pea -sized glob of that with a pea-sized glob of hydrocortisone cream and used that for lotion.
And thats it.
Psoriasin stinks to high heaven. It says on the box that it has no lasting odor -- that is an out-and-out lie. It stunk so bad my boyfriend, the most supportive guy in the world, wouldn't sit next to me on the sofa. I had to wash it all off after about ten minutes. It was absolutely awful.
Another good product is Stridex sensitive skin formula. The textured pads help get the dead skin cells off and the active ingredient in the fluid is, again, salycillic acid.
My skin looks good again, hallelujah!
