Hi - This is my first post. I have a couple of skin problem questions.
First is for my hubby. After he showers or washes his face/head, his skin becomes covered in white greasy scales. When he rubs them off, it bleeds a little. The scales also accumulate in his ears and ear canal. Any idea what this could be? He has oily skin.
Now for me. I have very dry skin and itch alot. I am disabled and can't shower often so take alot of sponge baths. My skin is flaking constantly, arms are the worst. I also have a problem with the little creases in my ears. They itch so bad I spend hours, honestly, scratching them. The creases have thick scales in them and they are very hard to scratch off. I have to scratch till a piece raises up and then pull it off. But they grow back quickly, usually back the next day. The only thing that itches as bad as my ears is when I had a poison oak/ivy rash. Any clue what this is?
Thanks for any help.
