| Many small, waterlike bumps
After getting home today, I noticed that on my chest bone and that area I had many many little bumps. When you first glance at them, it looks like beaded up water splashed on me, but its actually small, water filled bumps. I poked a couple to see what they were, and nothing but water comes out, then the spot disappears.
My first thought was that it was caused by the heat, because I have no AC in my car and was driving home in very very hot weather.
Ive never had or seen a rash like this. Does anyone have any clue what it is, or if its serious enough that I should be going to the doctor or clinic?
EDIT: I should also add,these bumps do not seem itchy in any way, or hurt. Theyre just...there
