hi. for the past 4 months whenever i come out of the shower or sweat during the day, little pinkish (not red) dots of about 1 inch in diameter or smaller can be seen on my stomach (mostly lower). the dots usually disapear fully in about 45 minutes after sweating/showering. they are only mildly itchy. i also am feeling a bit more tired than usual. is there an explanation for this?
