help_needed Junior Member (male) Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 10	spots covering my entire back I am 19 yrs old and ever since i was 13 i noticed some spots on my back that cover my entire back they look like acne scars but i dont really have back acne. Each "scar" is a reddish colour...it doesnt itch or hurt or anything but it is really unsightful... any one have any idea what it could be and how i can treat it?
