Hi,
I am a lil worried i have just noticed some white patches round on my neck on both sides.On surfing the internet i came to a conclusion thats its either VILTIGO or Tinea Versicolor..Whats the reason of getting these patches? Is it something serious? Is this related to HIV.Am very tensed right now as i am doing well in life and these small patches are bothering me please help!!

Tinea versicolor is a fungus. You can try applying Selsun Blue shampoo to the patches and leave on for ten minutes a day if that doesn't work go to your doctor.There are antifungal medications that you can take.
