I have an itchy/tingly rash of pinpoint-sized red dots on the top of my right foot (nowhere else, except for one or two dots on top of the other foot). The itching responds to hydrocortisone and/or Benadryl and is not severe in any case, but the red dots are still there. I guess it's because I have to wear shoes during the day like everyone else who works, and it's 100+ degrees here every day. The other thing might be that this foot had reconstructive surgery a couple years ago, and even though it works pretty well, the circulation isn't 100% so it does tend to swell up a little inside the shoe over the course of the day. That plus the sweating, friction against top of shoe, temperature...I can only guess that it might lead to *****ly heat. What do you think?
I only hope it isn't something worse. I'm a hypochondriac so every little thing I come down with is invariably fatal.
