In grown hair ?

Hi,I have been getting these rashes -bumbs that come and go on my waist line.My dr. says it is in grown hairs.i also get some bumbs in my inner legs near my crotch area.What can I do to prevent these and are they waht my dr says they are.lease help Im so embaressed to remove my shirt.

Try an exfoliator and a gentle exfoliated shower/bath brush or bath sponge. That should help raise them so you can shave, pluck or laser hair remove them. I don't know if they are ingrown hairs. That is what they sound like to me. If exfoliating helps, continue doing it. If you stop, they might grow back again.
