Yesterday before bed, i put on my hand cream (which i've been using every day for a week already). Suddenly, my skin turned red, and i started feeling a harsh burning sensation. Also, my veins became quite enlarged, and stuck out.
IS this an allergy? and why did i have this reaction all of a sudden?

p.s. i just used another lotion i have been using forever and that has never caused problems.. and well the same thing happened. the burning sensation is awful. can this be frostbite or something?
i had to take the lotion off and put on olive oil to soothe my skin
