| Re: Dry Skin
Hi:
I, too have been experiencing a very dry skin, particularly during the winter-time when we need to use 'heater' along with furnace for keep us to warm.
For this problem, I found Emu Oil extremely helpful, although a cost of buying over the internet is NOT cheap. However, I truly am grateful to find the Emu Oil which one of dry-skinned folks on this board suggesting. I apply a tiny amount of Emu Oil in my tiny cosmetic container at handy when I need before going to the bed. Because, a bottle of Emu Oil getting oily and slippery over the time which causes accidently to apply too heavily and too much over the affected areas.
Aside from this, ... I use a vaseline-based moisturizer/hand lotion few times during the day for keeping my hands, particularly a tip of right thumb NOT get cracked due to dry-environment in and out of the house. Prior to this, I used to apply small amount of vaseline with a bandage over it, but the Emu-Oil is much better and cost-consciousness over the time due to its effectiveness and instant healing process in comparison to other dry-skin remedies.
