You need to believe me, I used to have this a few years ago, i read this same board, and i revisited because i felt bad for people who have the thing that used to **** me off.
1. You have got to sweat, keep those pores open, or they will close up and itch when you try to reopen them.
2. Stay out of the cold when you can, if you get too used to the cold, sudden heat will get you itching.
3. Use a good moisurizer.
4. Using a humidifier will help keep your pores open and your skin moist.
5. You have to make up your mind that somehow or the other, you are going to get that toxic sweat out, its gonna hurt, personally, my treatment felt more like a million needles poking me

, but itching is the best way to descibe it to non-sufferers.
6. If you cant get rid of it in the winter, It will be gone in the summer anyway. I Promise.
