Painful TINY Pimples With Whiteheads On My Left Palm??? - Skin Problems Message Board

Hi, I get these very TINY reddish pimples (like right now there's about 7 of them) on JUST my left palm, with a sort of WHITE HEAD, like pimples.
They just started about a day & a half ago. EXTREMELY Painful, even putting hand lotion on! They are NO where else but there! Haven't ever had excema...could they be boils or blisters? I am also NON insulin type diabetic.
Please help!

I have the very same thing - they flare up in the heat - extremely painfull until I burst them - it is the tiny yellow liquid stuff inside that is causing the pain - but when I burst them my whole finger will peel. I have been to many many specialists here and in Europe and to no avail, I wish someone could help. My hands get really blotchy in the heat.
