 severe sunburn rash-need help
It is now 1:17 in the am. I have not have a good night sleep in 2 weeks. I spent the day out on our boat and never put suntan lotion on my back. I am in severe pain and the itch is absolutely killing me. on a scale on 1-10 it is a 10+. this has been going on since about the second day i got burned. I have been putting Aloe on it. It seems to temporarily help the itching but my boyfriend said tonight that it is all tiny like blisters on my back. I cant take this much longer. Tonight he rubbed cortizone cream on it. but here i am... did not help long. I take zertexD. I thought maybe that would help. If anyone knows any solutions i would be forever grateful..I just want to sleep again.
