I basically tripped over a bike wheel, and face-planted into the concrete. Blood all over my face. There are some nasty looking bruises on my nose and a cut under my left nostril, and another on the bridge of my nose, and a third smaller one on my forehead. Nothing broken, really, but basically a 4''x1'' ribbon of dark, spotty sorts of cuts and bruises running from my left forehead down down to my left upper lip, across the bridge of my nose. I really need to kick this alcohol habit....
I can't believe I was stupid enough to let this happen, but now I have to deal with the consequences.
How should I treat this? Should I see a doctor? Should I worry about scarring?
