I have had these red bumps all over my nose for months now. I switched to a cream cleanser and a moisturizer with SPF 15 and green tea hoping it would help, and also switched makeups to Clinique. I'm 100% sure the bumps aren't pimples.
They're driving me mad! I can't get rid of them and the makeup doesn't do well enough to cover them up. I've tried so many things: clay masks, pore strips, acne kits, cream cleansers, and a new moisturizer. I really can't afford to see my doctor let alone a specialist...
I heard from someone that it might be Rosacea. I never get the red patches that you often see associated with rosacea, but I do get rosy cheeked sometimes. My nose is also often very dry, regardless of whether I put lotion on it or not.
The bumps have moved to my cheeks and now i have these course dry patches of skin in some places. I have had some vision problems with burning eyes. Went off chocolate to see if it helps. At a complete loss
