Rash on lower legs and feet
I have a rash on my lower leg with appeared with splotches and then became a light red rash. This rash does not itch but my legs and feet seem to tingle most of the time.
I do have a heart condition and have had a stint. I had a heart attack 2 years ago and am on Plavix. Thank You,
