Recently my arms have been REALLY itchy, though all I get is red skin and alot of small red spots. After a while the spots go down.

This happens mainly during the night and in the morning. What could this be? What can help this?

max670, last night i used pine tar ointment and it did not work i replyed to you earlier to tell you it worked the night before but for me it didnt work as usual. maybe it was in my head the night before
