jrendon29 Newbie (female) Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: houston,tx,USA Posts: 1	Skin Pariasis? My mother is almost 50, she has diabetes but it seems as if there may be something in her blood. Her skin is extremely dark around her forearms and her knees. It looks rough, if you touch it its rough and she states that it itches. She went for a biopsy but they said that it wasn't cancer... what could it be?
