A couple years ago, I had eczema around my eyes and it made my skin dry out and crack. My doctor gave me a script for some type of cream that was safe for my eyes. I dr what it was but it helped a lot. sorry im not more help but you could call your dr & get a script.

If its not eczema, you could use a cream that is mild and hypoallergenic. I would suggest avoiding fragranced products on your face too.
