Vitiligo treatments

Hi there... I'm just curious if anyone here has or knows anyone with the skin condition Vitiligo?
It is basically white patches of hyper pigmented skin that does not tan.. it stays white, and the more sun or color your normal skin gets the whiter your white patches will appear.

I have heard of PUVA treatments which are basically treatments where they use ultra violet lights to bring pigmentation back to the white areas.

If anyone knows of this treatment can you please share more information? Thank you....
