vanessa46 Newbie (female) Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: fort wayne ind usa Posts: 1	facial hair with scars Hi I have dark spots on my face and would like to know the safe and best bleaching cream to use for black skin. My skin tone is brown and the scars are very dark from hair that grew on my face. I was told to quit plucking the hair, but what other options are there for women that works. I have to wear concealer to cover them up. plz help a sista'!
