I have a lump on my forehead... about 6 to 7 mm in diameter, often red, not sore, about 3 cm above my left eyebrow in line with the eye.
My GP has had a look and says it isnt a cancerous growth, possibly a lump in the skin and not beneath it?
I've tried changing my diet in the last month but so far nothing has changed. The GP had told me I may be able to have it checked by a dermatologist but as it isnt important enough it may be dismissed as not urgent and a purley cosmetic case??.
It's been with me for about a year and to be honest its getting me down, what do you think I should do?
