oily nose

What can I do for a really really oily nose? I have tried soap, those nose strips that clear your pores, scrubbing it like crazy, and when I squeeze my nose I get little white mushy stuff to come out of the pores almost like popping a zit but not quite, it makes my nose really red and it bothers me so I would like to eliminate the stuff in my pores and give my nose a less oily and red appearance, but nothing seems to be working

Re: oily nose

I would suggest green clay facial masks- but only put it on your nose. the green clay is usually in powder form and you lix it with water so you can apply it wherever you wish. The clay can draw out the oil.

Burt's Bees (found at CVS/ Wal-mart) sells some but you could probably get ordinary green clay for facials online. I have some in a tin that I got from a health food store.

Re: oily nose

The oil comes from sebum which is produced internally. I have the exact same problem all over my face and to date, I have found nothing to cure this dreaded problem.
