What do you mean by red cheeks? Are they red all the time or just when you blush?; which is normal.
Do you have eczema? Dry, scaly, sore cheeks?
If they are just red in color all the time I have no idea. I do have two daughters who have a naturally red glow to their cheeks. I realize for a man, you don't really care to.
Maybe ask a doctor or dermatologist.

Maybe you have Rosceasa (not sure if that's how it is spelled)
