rash

Hi! I have had a rash on my shoulders for about two years, for a long time you could not see it.It just itched like crazy, then as I would have one spot itch I would start to scatch it until a little blister would come up and after it would break, that spot stoped itching, it's like it would move around on my shoulders. It comes and goes. And whats strange is my sister in law lives next door and for some time she had the same problems and the only thing we have in common is our water supply and we both work in the yard. Hers went away after a stay in the hospital. Before the itching started we both complained about, at times it would feel like something would be crawling on us, we would look and nothing was there.
