| Spots
This is my first time on this site and i'm hoping you can all give me some advice on my spotty skin. My skin has never been what you would call clear but over the last few weeks I have had a massive attack of spots on my face. They are big red and sore. I look disgusting. I haven't changed my soap (Always used Dove), my cleansers or make up. I don't use different bath foams or washing powders. I was wondering if it had something to do with my contraceptive pill. (Microgynon). I have been on this same pill for 10 years now and have heard that if women stay on the pill for any length of time it can affect their skin. This is the only thing I can put it down to. Can anyone offer any advice on this and how can I get my face spot free.
