That's the million dollar question! Know what you are going through; mine are also sore, red, dry and look and feel like sandpaper.
Really nothing to get rid of the problem. I know many use cornhuskers lotion or eucerin. These don't seem to burn so much.
Also, at night, good old vaseline!! I put it on my feet, hands, and face.
Lotion, lotion, lotion!!! A good thick one, the less water it contains the better.
