i have these pimples on my testicles, and i dont know what they are.i can pop some of them but other are hard and round and will not pop.i have had them for a while now about two years i think maybe a little shorter. i want to know what they are and if i can get rid of them.please help me.

Shawn, 2 years going with something you don't know what it is will not bring you any relief. I'd run not walk to your general practitioner first, then he/she may recommend you to see a dermatologist. It could be an infection and it could go deeper into your blood, and/or contageous and you could infect your partner(s).

I guess no one likes going to doctors, I being the MOST reluctant, but I certainly see one when necessary.

It is common for men to have this sort of "acne" on there testes and is not usually a cause for alarm. The most likely cause is some form of ingrown hair or Folliculitis and in most cases goes away on it's on in a few months. You should however not attempt to pop them as it can spread the infection and cause more to appear. You can help keep them under control by waring less constrictive clothing and keeping up with good hygiene habits but I am in no way a medical professional so you should seek out the advice of a urologist or dermatologist to get a definite diagnosis and good luck.
