3 days ago, i went out and was wearing a jumper which was not fully cotton!!it was quite a hot day but not too much, when i got back home i had loads of little spots all over my body, in my arms my back my boobs , belly botton, and on my belly, it worries me a lot cos in this year its the second time ive got that i normally wear not cotton clothes but it never hapended to me like that before, and its itching very very much and i cant bare it, i am just really worried its been 3 days and they are getting worse, i know it cant be my bed because my boyfriend sleep in the same bed and he never had such a problem.Thanks

Hi, it is not easy to talk about spot issues unless one see them, but at any rate from what you've described it sounds like prickly heat, dabbing all over with calamine lotion moring and night might help do not scrub, wear clothings that are breathable at the moment.

You can also use hydrocortisone.
