how to treat sebhoric dermatitis? - Skin Problems Message Board

Hi,
I have been suffering from Sebhoric dermatitis for past 5 years.I got many types of treatment but all went in vain.Currently I m getting treatment in alopathy.I used 2 months back these medicines-propysilic E lotion,K_Z lotion,Tablet Canditral.When I was using above tablet till itching was quite less and can sllep well and perform well.But now I am taking only K-Z lotion and Fongitar shampoo but it is not working on me,itching is severe in my scalp as aresult hair loss has increased.Itching is so severe I can not sleep well. Could you suggest proper treatment for this problem.My symtoms-
Small white granules in whole scalp.
Itching in scalp,ear
Hair loss
Itching more in night

I had it for a year and my doctor got me to try all the shampoos and double strength too but to no avail. I went to a dermotoligist and the meds he proscribe cleared it up in several weeks. My hair began growing back. The itching, scabbing, and red scalp cleared up. I can't remember the med - sorry.
