Tiny Red Spot on Hand

Hello, I have had this tiny red spot on my left hand ring-finger knuckle for years.
It has never hurt and if I put pressure on it, it "dissappears" (like if you squeeze your finger nail and push the blood out of them).
Also, if I squeeze it and mess with it, it will weep just a tiny amount of something that will make my skin around the knuckle shiny, almost like a wax finish.

Like I said, it has never hurt and I have no idea what it is. The reason for my post is that I just noticed another one on my left thumb.
I have no idea where they came from so I'm just wondering if anyone knows.
