Treatment for skin rash

I have a red skin rash covering a large area on the left side of my torso. I believe it's caused by an allergic reaction to Estroven I was taking for two weeks, an allergy to the black cohosh in it. Yesterday I felt as though I was coming down with the flu, but after having stopped taking it, I feel normal today. The rash is still there. What treatment, if any, should I take for the rash? It is red, does not itch, is not prickly heat rash (I don't think) and doesn't have bumps or blisters, just redness which looks like a bad sunburn.
