| Brittle Birthmark
I am 21 years old, have very light skin and a lot of birthmarks. This particular "birthmark" appeared maybe 10 years ago and always had a greyish color. A skin doc once told me that it's just a regular birthmark with decreased pigmentation.
But now the top layer become brittle (I was able to pull some off, it didn't hurt at all, it felt like dead tissue).

Do I need to worry about that?
