| What is this rash on my forearm?

Here's the scoop. I had a case of ringworm back December 08. I was given oral antibiotics and a fungal cream that got rid of it a month later. Starting in February 2009, a red blotchy area started forming over my forearm. Fearing another outbreak of ringworm, I went to get it checked out by a dermatologist. He said it was just a case of eczema and gave me some cortisteroid cream and some antibiotics. After another month, the spot started changing shape. I went to see another dermatologist in March and was told it simply eczema and given a different type of cortisteroid cream. About a week ago, three little rings appeared around the big blotchy area on my forearm.
Can someone help me identify what's going and what needs to be done to rid of this <stuff> (never had any skin problems in my life until I started taking MMA/BJJ).
