I got off the caffeine. Yes, I was very irritable for several days, but, guess what? After just 5 days being caffeine free, my skin cleared up dramatically!!! I was really amazed! Just goes to prove we need to really look at what we are putting into our bodies. Caffeine may give you more energy and help you stay awake, but it also has side-effects that aren't worth it. I will never take another highly-caffenated drink ever again!!! So, for all of the people who are having skin problems that medicine can't get rid of, take a look at your diet and do some research on how your diet affects your skin. I learned the hard way that sugar and flour also lead to unwanted skin conditions. So, be careful.
