small growing flesh like warts?
On my neck I have the 3 separate little growing flesh shaped like a ball hanging by just a string of flesh, I don't know what's it's called, I don't think these are warts? How can I remove them please?

Sounds like skin tags. Since this is the first time, you should consult with a dermatologist for diagnosis and removal.

You probably have common skin tags. Go to your dermatologist and he can remove them.
