Hello, Well I`m quite sure it is a cyst now I`ve gone to quite a few web sites and the pictures what I have match a Cyst, I`m on quite a small budget is there anyway I can get it to drain at home? It is painful and red and I can see the pus underneath, its on the back of my neck, any ideas would be very helpful. Thank You

From what you have described, it is NOT a cyst -- it is a boil. I have had both and if I had to choose between them, the boil would win. Cysts need to be surgically removed; boils can either be lanced to drain -- or -- have someone carefully squeeze the boil, until all the pus (and there is a lot of it) is gone. You will be amazed how quickly the pain is gone, once the infection is removed.
Hello, thank you for answering, I keep putting hot towels on it, so hot its hard to stand, it bled a little bit but nothing I`ve had it about 7days now and I just wish it would break, and its in such a odd place? again thank you
