| Rash on Hands and Feet
I don't know what to do.... I have a rash on my hands, upper wrists and top of my feet. They are small pin-point blisters (clear liquid inside). There are a lot of them. They only itch/burn when I am in the shower or when I wash my hands. They turn bright red when I am in the shower or wash my hands. Throughout the day they are a light pinkish color/clear.
I have had them for three days now. They appeared 3 nights ago, that morning I went to the gym and took a class. I have never had this before and have worked out many times without this happening so I am not sure of the cause of it.
I tried cortizone 10 and allergy cream but they aren't going away. HELP please this is very annoying!
