For the last few months, I have noticed that I have a lot of red dots under my hair follicules on my legs, and some on my arms (although many more are on my legs).

My knees are red, and almost sore to the touch

My legs sometimes itch and feel irritated, and the bumps seem to be worse at some times than in others.

I've tried moisturizers, but they don't seem to be doing much.

Does anyone know what this could be?
