How to get rid of ringworm

plz help me
this has gone for month
its near my groin

i went to the doctor after it got really worst.
they gave me cream and antifungul pill
it never worked
after i used up every one of them it got better
but i think it was one small area of rash- it grew back

my mom says i scratch when im asleep if that helps

questions
1. is there any way i can get rid of without pills and ointment?
if not what is the best cheap antifungal pill(since they work the best) not in america, international i used Lamisil by the way

2 How do i noe it's all healed?

3. is it contagious?

Ringworm is contagious. You should know when it is healed because the raised ring goes down and is no longer red. I had ringworm for 2 months one summer. I had a white "scar" where the ring had been for a couple years before it faded totally. You aren't on any antibiotics are you? I was on antibiotics for acne at the time and found out they were counteracting the treatments.

Don't know if this actually works as I haven't tried it myself but my friend put nail polish on her ringworm.
I'm having the same issue as you I have been using cream for a fair few weeks and it's still there and very itchy! Patience is the key I guess. It doesn't help that my cat keeps trying to rub against my leg where the ringworm is
