| What am I'm dealing with?

I am 20 years of age. I have had huge bumps by my thighs for sometimes, and they are painful when i squeeze them, they don't even bus, its like their swollen. I had a bump that showed in my pubic area, and it looked like a open wound, it would bleed sometimes. I also have a rash between my penis and thighs, this is weird and i'm not even sexually active. I been searching for information for so long and i'm still don't know what might be in my blood, so please help me out.
