My son has a spot on his right thigh that turns red when given a bath. It goes away once he is out but every time the same shaped patch reappears at his next bath in the same exact spot. It has grown with his body as he has grown. This area has been there since he was about 5 months old, he just turned 2 yesterday. Right now it is about 4cm x 4cm. I've asked the Dr. but at a normal visit it is not visible bc he's not in the bath. It's almost like an invisible birth mark of some sort. It is not a dry spot, it doesn't
