folding of the skin?

well i used to weight around 145 pounds during june 2009, I went on a diet and such then started working out from september till now. I have been seen my skin being a strechy and when i sit down it like folds. before there were fewer folds and now there is more. iam 5 7 weight 135 and wasit is 30 inches. is this normal and how do i get rid of it!
