you can get castor oil in your local boots they will not sell it if you are pregnant though and baking soda in your local supermarket if not a hardware store called 'wilkinsons' sells it. hope this helps

Don't know where you are located, but in the US, you should be able to find Castor Oil also in a super market in the beauty section. I know I saw a HUGE bottle of it at Publix I believe in the same aisle as the hair products, close the 'ethnic' section. Baking soda should be in the baking section next to your pie crust and such.
