Does anyone have Stretch Marks With defined ripped ABS ?

im a 19 year old male weighing in at 13 stone. ive always had a problem with my weight. since puberty i gain strecth marks and lost weight and gained it back when i was 18 till now. i have purple stretch marks on my tummy but i was wanderin that if i can lose 2 stone and reduce my body face could i get defined abs even though the skin has been stretched but can i get ripped abs. and then after have laser treatment. i do not suffer from lose skin either.

also does anyone have stretch marks on abs area but have ripped abs ?
