Facial Rash!

Hello everyone! I am a 32-year-old female with Crohn's Disease (on immunosuppressant meds). For the past 3 weeks I have had a rash on the lower right part of my face. The rash is red, sometimes raised bumps, sometimes fluid-filled bumps, and itchy. The rash has almost gone away 2x, but everytime it starts to fade, the next day it "flares" up again. I haven't been in contact with anything that should cause this, and don't have sensitive skin. I have tried calamine lotion, hydrocortisone lotion, antibiotic cream, and Zovirax ointment (from the rare cold sore I get). I am Vitamin D and B12 deficient, but am taking extra doses to counteract these. The rash is not painful or infected. Could this be a rash related to the Crohn's Disease, or a similar disease (like lupus)? Any thoughts on what it could be?

Thanks!

Re: Facial Rash!

Oh, I forgot to mention that I also tried Lotrimin (anti-fungal) in case it was some type of fungus like ringworm.
