Sweating and Body Fat
I wasn't sure which forum to post this in, but since it's about controlling perspiration, I figured the skin forum made the most sense.
No one likes humid weather. Most people I know would prefer a dry heat. But some of us seem to sweat a lot more when it's humid. What, if any, relationship is there between body fat and how much you sweat? Since body fat acts as insulation and keeps heat trapped in your body, does that mean having low body fat would make it easier for one to tolerate humid air and therefore sweat less?
