Prickly Heat

Hi

Last September i was in Greece, and i had Prickly Heat at the top of my chest due to it been so hot! This lasted for most of my 2 weeks holiday, and eventually dies down after a couple of days back home.

However, since then, whenever i am hot and sweating e.g. after been at the gym, i get a red rash in exactly the same place. This doesnt seem to be Prickly heat, as this rash is just a blotchy red rash, where as when i had prickly heat, the rash was raised and looked like minute blisters.

Has anyone else had this or know what it could be? I am really worried that when i go on holiday this year the same will happen, but this time worse.

Thanks
